Experienced Leadership for Juneau's Future.
Let me introduce myself
I was raised in the Valley, where my parents still live. I am a proud graduate of JDHS class '03, where I received an excellent education. I moved to Reno to attend university, graduating with a Bachelor’s in Economics. I was ultimately drawn back home by Juneau's extraordinary quality of life, fresh air, and access to the outdoors. Since 2012, I have enjoyed living on Gastineau Avenue, appreciating the walkable and diverse downtown community.
My professional experience, ten years with the State and four in the private sector, has honed my ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds to address the challenges affecting public services. These skills will serve me well when working with the rest of the City Assembly and CBJ staff.
During my leisure time, I enjoy woodworking, making bowls and vases on my lathe, reading science fiction, and relaxing with my cats, Mojito and Mezcal.
